    Debbie Z is a Registered Dental Hygienist who is passionate about educating the professionals and the public about oral and overall health. Debra Z. Sabatini, known in the industry, as Debbie “Z” is a Cause Driven Educator, passionate speaker and pioneer health crusader with a wealth of cutting edge information used to ignite total health and wellness and ‘What can be’ to the world.

     

    Her business ownership experience includes the start-up and development of Pearly Whites 4U, an independent dental hygiene clinic originally set up to whiten and brighten smiles that transformed into a clinic helping families effected by domestic violence rebuild self esteem with healthy smiles. Today Debra continues her outreach by organizing and participating in many charitable programs throughout the country.

     

    As a keynote speaker Debra specializes in marketing progressive informational, motivational and implementable programs for small business, sales professionals, industry leaders, as well as the medical community she is dedicated to. Debra’s programs ‘HPV, NOT the Hanky Panky Virus the media portrays it to be, Oral Cancer for the health professional and the community we serve’, ‘What’s In Your Pocket: Oral Biofilm as it relates to systemic illness’, and ‘Acknowledge Greatness in a Profession full of Pandemonium’ have garnered traction on the lecture and educational stage. Her humble, relatable and inspiring style has made her a crowd favorite and an easy decision for meeting planners and organizations nationally and internationally.

     

    Debra’s speaking experience has taken her around the country and provided her the privilege of presenting to Medical and Dental organizations, this year an invitation to the Arab Emirates was accepted. In addition, Debra has produced nearly 55 of her own events with hundreds of attendees with the OralEd Institute, ™ a collaborative educational resource institute which she founded in 2012. Debra also writes and has been published within several industry publications. Her goal is to finish her book: “Common $ence why it’s not so Common”. ™

     

    Debra is making shifts to maximize her existence and opportunities on earth and acknowledges this journey in learning and living is an excellent adventure meant to be cherished.

  • Suzanne Robinson

    Suzanne is a Dental Practice Builder, Leadership & Relationship Certified Coach, Court Certified Dental Accounts Expert and
    Front Office Staff Trainer for the dental industry specializing in
    all things front office.

    She has spent 35 years in business management, with the last 28 focused primarily on dental practices. Suzanne and her team are passionate about dentistry and specialize in collecting outstanding insurance claims, total accounts recovery projects, and credentialing dentists with insurance companies.

     

    Suzanne trains teams on insurance billing, collecting and all front office systems as well as leadership and inter-office relationships and communication.

     

    Her coaching clients are dentists that need assistance overcoming the most common obstacles dental practices face, such as low case acceptance and leadership. Her action plans move clients forward faster.

     

    Suzanne’s career in dentistry started at the age of 27 in England. She found herself in the dental assistants chair for the first time via the Air Force clinic at Upper Heyford. She committed to a minimum of 1000 hours as a volunteer dental assistant. She was gifted the same training as the Air Force men and women, to include all manuals and testing. After 3 years, she returned to the states and went into dental practice management/administration.

     

    These 34 years have allowed her to cultivate human resource skills such as business management, psychology and the ongoing study of human behavior and communication.

     

    As a Certified Life Coach; her coaching offers further, unique skills to the struggling practice, or one, which simply strives to achieve more and wishes to improve their lives in specific areas.

    Suzanne helps dentists and their teams challenge themselves to be the best they can be, increase production, understand their life’s purpose and live their passion.

     

    Suzzanne will help you deepen your self-understanding; gain understanding of how to create a successful life; find and develop healthy relationships, cease procrastinating tendencies, work on stress and time management, goal setting, and creating action plans; and with all these things, take your business to new levels!

    Claudia began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant in 1995. Her first experience of “saving someone’s teeth” was a pivotal moment in her career. It was then, she knew she had found what she was looking for. A challenging and rewarding career centered around serving and helping others. Claudia’s personality is that of a restless spirit who cannot settle for the status quo. She began to focus on solutions to common problems that plague dental practices in 2005.

     

    Since then, she has been a writer of CE curriculum, an adjunct instructor, educator, speaker, dental podcast host, mentor, practice advisor, and friend to all in the dental industry. As founder of the Morado Dental Academy and Morado Allied Speakers and Consultants, Claudia has scouted and assembled resources for professionals to acquire Personal and Professional Development workshops, Practice Management Support, Event Facilitation, and Speaking and Consulting Training.

     

    Claudia is known for her heart for service and her ability to inspire all people to work at higher levels of efficiency and cohesiveness. Her passion for serving others, inspire and challenge attendees to reach and exceed their goals.
